“My mentor is guiding my thinking process by giving me great wisdom on how to navigate through the job hunting process and interview process as well. He is also helping me to shape more into the leader that I desire to become in the workplace. I think this mentor program is very beneficial, especially when the mentee has a great match with a mentor that fits their needs. I personally have benefited and grown so much because I was paired with someone who met my spiritual and professional goals and has had the experience to guide me to where I am today.”
Adriana Pounds, Ph.D. Organizational Leadership, 2024 Mentee
“The Executive Mentor Program took my Regent experience from great to exceptional. Having inspiring women to help guide me in challenges was incredible, and it also helped keep me accountable to goals. Additionally, God paired me with others who could understand my family dynamic and support me holistically. This program was instrumental in making my Regent experience deeply impactful to my whole life: professionally, academically, and relationally.”
Emaneli Allison Barresi, Doctor of Strategic Leadership, 2025 Mentee
“I came to Regent after the Navy to prepare for a role in public service. I had some innovative ideas in me, and Regent helped me tap into them more. I know I want to help and influence others for Christ, perhaps as a diplomat working for the U.S. State Department.”
Chad McQueen, MBA, 2015
“God is setting up students with an incredible program at Regent, under the guidance of outstanding professors. I was confident that I would be able to do great things with my degree, but now as I begin to read the qualifications of jobs in my field, they match what I’ve learned perfectly. I believe I can do just about anything with my Regent degree.”
