“I know I've arrived where I am because of the experience at Regent. Anything that we did in class, the feasibility study, the business plan, it all came back to the ministry aspect that I always had in my heart to help orphans and vulnerable children.”
Nataliya Khom’yak, MBA, 2004 Leader, Orphan's Promise
“One of the most powerful experiences I had during this mentorship was realizing I wasn’t walking this road alone. The encouragement, the accountability, and the honest conversations gave me fuel to keep pressing forward when old mindsets tried to creep in. I found clarity in my purpose, and being surrounded by others who were just as committed to growth and healing gave me hope and strength. I was provided a referral for future collaboration. I learned to embrace my voice, sharpen my vision, and step more confidently into the calling God placed on my life. Future participants—come with an open heart and expect transformation. It’s more than mentorship—it’s a divine encounter with destiny”
Janet L. Garcia, Doctor of Strategic Leadership, 2025 Mentee

This guidance was crucial in helping me navigate my career options and prepare effectively for the job market. The mentorship program connected me with a professional who was genuinely interested in my success and also provided a platform for continuous learning and development. This experience has equipped me with practical tools and insights. I am deeply appreciative of this mentorship and the lasting impact it has had on my life.”
