Karen J. Drosinos, Ed.D.

Bio

Dr. Karen J. Drosinos spent 27 years in public education, serving children and adult learners in various capacities, including classroom teacher, instructional specialist, curriculum writer, leadership coach, school administrator, and adjunct professor. She earned her doctoral degree in Educational Psychology from Regent University, master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Maryland, and Bachelor of Science degree in Kindergarten and Elementary Education from Penn State University. Dr. Drosinos holds a Professional Teaching License in the Commonwealth of Virginia with endorsements in early childhood, elementary education, art education (PreK-12), and administration/school leadership. Dr. Drosinos has earned National Board Certification in Early Childhood Education and has been honored with numerous teaching awards. Dr. Drosinos’s research interests include learner resiliency, high-impact pedagogical practices, and faith-based learning and leadership.
