Edwin C. Daley, DPA
Bio
Dr. Edwin Daley serves as Practitioner-in-Residence in the Robertson School of Government. Dr. Daley brings his notable experience and expertise in public administration to the classroom, having served as the city manager in four cities and as a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration. Dr. Daley also served in the U.S. Marine Corps, as chairman of the Virginia Institute of Government Advisory Committee, and as past president of various other local government associations.
Dr. Daley earned his bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University, his Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, and his doctorate from the University of Southern California. He has also taught at several universities, most recently at Virginia Commonwealth University and West Virginia University.
